Floyd Roland, owner of Roland Construction, has been involved in the home building industry since 1967. He is a fourth generation home builder and a fourth generation resident of Pottawatomie County. He resides in Bethel Acres with Jacque, his wife of 41 years. Floyd and Jacque raised three sons Kevin, Benny and Jimmy. They have three grandsons, Mathew, Caleb and Jacob.
Floyd has been involved in building in the Gray Dove Addition on North Bryant, Windmill Ridge Addition also on North Bryant and the most recent addition (Cambridge) in Northridge. He is currently involved in building in the Hyatt Addition in Shawnee on 45th Street across from Gordon Cooper Technology Center.
Floyd is a member of the Shawnee Homebuilders Association, Oklahoma Homebuilders Association, and the National Homebuilders Association.
Floyd Roland builds with the customer in mind. The majority of the homes he has built are custom homes, however he has built and sold several spec homes. Floyd continues the Roland family tradition of building dependable, quality homes.
