Mitchell D. Bailey is co-owner of Americana Homes of Oklahoma LLC, a home building business, in partnership with his parents, RD and Betty Bailey. The business was begun in 2003, with offices at 722-A East Independence, Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Mitch has been actively involved in the operation of the business since inception, and RD was a builder and realtor in El Paso, Texas, and Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico from 1962 to l980, so Mitch has been around the building trades for much of his life.
Mitch is a licensed journeyman electrician, and uses his knowledge and expertise in the construction of homes. He has built homes in Shawnee and surrounding areas, including Seminole and South Rock Creek, as well as a number of homes in rural settings. He also built a professional office building in Noble, Oklahoma. Mitch is a member of the National, Oklahoma and Shawnee Homebuilders Associations and serves on the local Board of Directors.
RD has an extensive background in commercial construction as well as home building, including mortgage financing and building design, and combined with Mitch’s electrical background they make a great team.
